重庆工商大学外籍教师旅费管理规定

Administrative Rules of Travel Expenses of Foreign Teachers

1. 国际合作与交流处为来自境外常住地的外籍教师在签署合同后为其报销一张常住地至重庆的经济舱航班捷径来程机票，在外籍教师结束合同时为其购买一张重庆至常住地经济舱航班捷径返程机票。合同期为一年的，甲方报销乙方寒假或暑假期间一次回本国常住地经济舱往返机票。

   The International Cooperation & Exchange Office (shortened as the ICEO hereinafter) will reimburse the foreign teacher from abroad a single air-ticket of economy class of the short-cut from his (her) permanent residence address to Chongqing and buy him (her) a back-trip air-ticket of the same at the end of the Contract. Party A will also reimburse the foreign teacher a round trip from Chongqing to his(her) permanent residence address during the summer/winter vacation for the foreign teacher who is contracted for one year.

2. 合同结束时，若外籍教师选择返程目的地为与合同附件地址不一致的第三国或地区，国际合作与交流处有义务通过重庆航空公司查询按外籍教师要求购买的机票价格并只承担重庆至常住地经济舱航班捷径返程机票费用，超出部分由外籍教师承担。如果外籍教师购买的机票价格低于重庆至常住地经济舱航班捷径返程机票费用，则实报实销。

   At the end of the Contract, if Party B chooses a destination different from the one stated in the Appendix to the Contract, Party A has the duty to enquire the air-ticket price and buy the ticket for Party B via Chongqing airline company but will only bear the the fare of the back-trip air-ticket of economy class of the short-cut from Chongqing to his (her) permanent residence address, with the excess amount of fare to be borne by Party B. When Party B buys the ticket at a lower price than that of economy class for the short-cut from Chongqing to his (her) permanent residence address, the actual expense will be reimbursed.

3. 若外籍教师来自或结束合同到中国境内的另一城市，其机票费实报实销。

   In the case that the foreign teacher comes from or goes to another city within the Chinese territory at the end of the Contract, the actual expense will be reimbursed for the air-ticket.

4. 若外籍教师由于个人原因提前终止合同，不提供返程机票。

   In case the foreign teacher terminates the Contract due to his (her) personal cause, no back-trip air-ticket will be provided.

5. 由同一城市转入我校的或由我校转入同一城市的其他学校，则不报销机票。

   In the case that the foreign teacher comes from or goes to another school in the same city at the end of the Contract, Party B will not be reimbursed for air-ticket.

   7、如果教师自己购买的机票是外币支付的，我校在报销时，以购买当日的汇率折算，如果没有购票凭证的，以机票显示的当日汇率折算。

   When the air-ticket was bought using foreign currency, the foreign teacher will be reimbursed at the exchange rate on the date of buying the ticket or on the date shown on the ticket in case of no other effective evidence.

6. 航空保险凭保险单报销。如由我校负责购买机票，则同时购买保险。托运行李超重部分自行承担。

   The air insurance can be reimbursed and if party A buys the air ticket, the air insurance should be included. The excessive baggage fee should be borne by party B.
